Hi, my name is Leonardo Cinieri Lombroso I'm an Italian filmmaker. I worked abroad, especially in Asia, where I developed my independent documentary projects that have premiered in international festivals. I'm always interested to find other points of view on how to tell a story. In every work, I'm developing my own cinematic language in the shooting, light, sound and editing to tell the story in a very personal way. I am interested in telling stories about people who have had an important experience in life and who can carry a universal message. In the stories I always try to build a cultural bridge between different worlds, to talk about integration, emigration, successes and defeats. As an independent director, I learn how to develop my project from the idea to the pitch in the festival, how to deal with production and distribution.
